The Annual Maintenance and Service Agreement (AMSA) provides telephone technical support plus many other benefits (including free same-platform upgrades). ICPA's unlimited support begins with your purchase. For single facility purchases, the first three months of technical support are free and can be renewed for a reasonable annual fee.

You will be sent monthly reminder notices starting three months before your AMSA expiration date to allow you plenty of time to renew. Keeping AMSA current will allow uninterrupted support and ensure that your upgrades are automatically made available to you.
