Current Versions
Do you have version 3 or earlier of AICE® or Respond®? Then, now’s the time to upgrade to Version 4.
Support for AICE Version 3 ends 9/30/2008. Support for Respond Version 3 ends 12/31/2009. If you are a technical support subscriber, you will need to install ver 4.x by those dates.
If you don't have a current support subscription or want the details about upgrading, email us at icpa@icpa.net or call 1-800-426-8015 ext. 229.
If you are a customer with a current Annual Maintenance and Service Agreement (AMSA) and have installed ver 4.x, you can update to the most current version of that series by visiting our Knowledge Base.
If you plan to upgrade, go to the Products section of our website to find the latest Hardware requirements.

How do you know which version you have? If the software is installed and you can open it, click Help on the main menu, and About [the product] to see the version number. Or contact us at icpa@icpa.net - we can tell you the last version shipped.
