What can I get from the KnowledgeBase?
- Clearly written step-by-step instructions for data entry or reports
- Explainations and solutions for common error messages
- Training videos for instruction or review of difficult subjects
- Latest software version updates
How do I get on the KnowledgeBase?
You will be asked for a username and password to access the KnowledgeBase.
The USERNAME is your product SERIAL NUMBER (Help | About) or on your CD label.
The PASSWORD is your facility 5-digit ZIP (postal) code.
